Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order by 12 PM)
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping on orders under $75.
- Expedited and overnight rates calculated at checkout.
Large & Fragile Items
Some bathroom fixtures and larger accessories may require additional handling time and special packaging. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping label within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
